A query has been made for help from a West Midlands based lawyer (Nr Sandwell) in relation to the following query:
A profoundly deaf lady, who uses British Sign Language as her first language, and who also has learning difficulties (unable to speak, read or write) has debts from loans with her bank that she doesn't understand.
